We pay great attention to the quality of their products. Leadership position in the honey market in Serbia that Medino has, with constantly increasing export to the European market, means constant work on the improvement of this sector. Only this way it is possible to satisfy all the needs and expectations of existing as well as potential customers.

For these reasons, we have introduced a food safety management system according to ISO 9001:2008 (28.8.2008. number 12 112 3430 2 TMS) and the requirements of: CODEX ALIMENTARIUS: RECOMMENDED INTERNATIONAL CODE OF PRACTICE, GENERAL PRINCIPLES OF FOOD HYGIENE CAC/RCP 1-1069/rev.4.2003.

Continious validitz of the certificates is provided with continious operation of the management system of the organization. In the last audit that was held 27/28.10.2015, Medino achieved the highest score (Certificate br. DKFRC100187F - 9.12.2015.)

A key factor in the success of our company is in constant communication with customers, allowing us to identify their needs and expectations in timely manner, recognize causes of potential dissatisfaction and eliminate them. Our products and processes are continuously monitored in to maintain a constant level of quality. Data loggers of last generation are used for temperature control of production processes. In order to further ensure the safety of the products we use the internal laboratory, equipped with most modern devices for analysis of products.
